Dugong ahoy! 😍 Spotted just the other day by on Dugong ahoy! 😍 Spotted just the other day by one of our guests, who took this awesome drone footage, here’s the humble dugong swimming offshore at Great Keppel. Related to both the manatee and the elephant, these graceful sea-cows are herbivores, and graze Australia’s carbon-capturing sea grass beds (their main food source)… which make dugong a vital part of our ecosystem.
